"It opened my eyes into the power of silence, and how important it is to allow people to have a space to talk about their feelings and work through their problems."
Who is this for?
This course is for anyone who listens to people - which is most of us! It's particularly well suited to volunteers, pastoral workers, support staff, healthcare professionals, and anyone in a role where people bring them their problems.
But you don't need a formal role or any previous training to benefit. If you want to become a more present, effective, and compassionate listener, this is for you.
